3. Hosting by Squarespace
This website is provided through Squarespace. The provider is Squarespace Ireland Limited, Le Pole House, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Ireland. When you access the website, your IP address, device and browser information, access time and technical log data may be processed. This processing serves to provide the website securely and reliably, based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where Squarespace processes data in third countries, this takes place on the basis of the relevant data protection safeguards.

If you contact us using the contact form, by email or by phone, we process your information to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract; in all other cases, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies. The data is deleted once its purpose no longer applies, unless statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
5. Threshold Letter and email communication
To send you the Threshold Letter, we process your email address and, where applicable, your name. Subscription is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to hallo@uteludwig.de. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. Delivery and list management are handled through Squarespace Email Campaigns. Technical delivery and usage data may be processed where necessary for delivery, security and, only with appropriate consent, performance measurement.

If you use appointment booking, the contact, appointment and, where applicable, payment data you enter is processed to carry out the booking. Processing is for steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Please do not enter special categories of personal data in free-text fields unless expressly required.
10. External links to Instagram, Facebook and Telegram
This website contains links to external platforms. You leave our website only when you click one of these links; the respective provider’s privacy rules apply from that point onwards. Merely providing a link does not automatically transfer data to these platforms.
11. Retention periods
